This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for a motivated, experienced HVAC sales professional who wants to maximize their earning potential. The right candidate will take ownership of the sales process, work directly with homeowners, and play a key role in the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement and installation needs
• Present system options and provide professional recommendations
• Close residential HVAC system sales
• Deliver excellent customer experience from consultation through sale
• Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate customer records using ServiceTitan
• Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience required
• Proven track record of closing HVAC system replacement sales
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and solutions
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only environment
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
