We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their products and services. We are interested in hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented and efficient individual who is comfortable dealing with our customers as well as our technicians.

Responsibilities:

·       Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
·       Must be comfortable calling our customers to advertise services
·       Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
·       Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
·       Enter and update customer information accurately
·       Process service requests, invoices, and follow-ups
·       Communicate effectively with technicians and management

Qualifications:

·       Strong communication and customer service skills
·       Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
·       Basic computer and data entry skills
·       HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred (but not required)
·       Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
