Patriot Heating and A/C is a growing residential HVAC provider in Johnson County, KS. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics and is comfortable working in various environments. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality installations and efficient system performance. The position is full time out of our office in Shawnee, KS.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
- Connect systems to fuel and water supply lines, air ducts, and other components
- Test installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
- 5 years of HVAC Installation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and understanding of refrigerant systems
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces/attics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for job site transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with Service Titan (and plumbing) a plus.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
